What we collect
When you contact us through this site (estimate request, contact form, phone call, or email), we collect:
- Your name, phone, and email address
- Your service address, city, and ZIP
- The type of project you are asking about, and any notes you share
We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics (page views, browser type, referring source) so we can understand which pages help homeowners and which need work.
How we use it
- To respond to your estimate request and schedule an inspection or consultation
- To coordinate scheduling, materials, and project updates if you become a customer
- To send occasional follow-ups (e.g., a check-in after your roof goes on) — you can opt out anytime
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your information to anyone.
- We do not share your information with third-party marketers, data brokers, or lead aggregators.
- We do not text or email you marketing material without your consent.
Who sees your information
Inside COPA Homes: the people working on your project (estimator, project manager, office staff). Outside COPA Homes: only when required to do the work — for example, your insurance adjuster (with your permission), a manufacturer registering your warranty, or a permit office if your project needs one.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses standard analytics cookies to measure page traffic. We do not use behavioral advertising trackers. If you fill out a form, your contact information is sent securely to our intake system (Formspree).
Your choices
- Ask us what we have on you. Email info@copahomes.com and we will tell you.
- Ask us to delete it. Same email. We will delete everything we are not required to keep (e.g., signed contracts for completed projects, which are retained per Colorado contractor record-keeping rules).
- Opt out of follow-ups. Reply STOP to any text, unsubscribe from any email, or just tell us.
