Use of this site
You may use copahomes.com to learn about our services, request a free estimate, view our work, and contact us. Please do not scrape, copy, repost, or republish our content, photos, or branding without written permission.
Estimates and quotes
Anything described on this website is a general overview, not a binding quote. A real quote for your project will come from a COPA Homes representative after we have inspected the property and discussed scope with you. Final pricing, scope, warranties, and timing are governed by your signed project agreement, not by this website.
Warranties
COPA Homes provides a written Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on installation labor (separate from the manufacturer warranty on materials). The warranty document itself, including coverage scope, exclusions, claim procedure, and transferability, is provided as a separate certificate at project completion.
Marketing language on this site is not the warranty. Read the actual warranty certificate for the terms that apply to your project.
Insurance claims
COPA Homes works with your insurance carrier on storm-damage and other covered projects. COPA Homes is a roofing and construction contractor — we are not a public adjuster, and we cannot negotiate your claim on your behalf. Under Colorado law (C.R.S. § 6-22), we can document damage, provide scope documentation, and coordinate with your adjuster, but you remain in control of your claim.

Any reviews shown on this site are from real customers. We do not pay for reviews, and we do not edit them to remove criticism.
